Investment in Your Well-Being

Transparent Pricing. No Surprises. Just Support.

You Deserve Financial Clarity as Much as Emotional Support

We know that reaching out for help is hard enough without wondering if you can afford it or whether there will be hidden fees waiting for you. At ABLE, we've designed our fee structure to be transparent, accessible, and fair—because the decision to prioritize your well-being should feel empowering, not stressful. You won't need a calculator to understand our pricing, and you won't encounter surprise charges. What you will find is straightforward information, flexible options, and a team committed to helping you access the support you need.

Our philosophy is simple: Investing in yourself shouldn't feel like another burden on top of everything else you're managing. You deserve care that respects both your financial reality and the value of professional expertise.

☑️We verify your benefits - We'll contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage, copay, deductible, and any session limits
☑️ We explain costs upfront - You'll know exactly what you'll pay before you commit to starting therapy
☑️ No surprises - We communicate all costs clearly so there's no financial stress added to your healing journey

For select insurance plans, we use trusted third-party billing partners (Alma or Headway) to streamline your experience and minimize paperwork hassles. This means:

☑️Easier claims processing

☑️ Less administrative burden for you
☑️ Same quality of care with simplified billing

ABLE ACCESS: Pro Bono & Sliding-Scale Therapy Support

A woman with curly hair wearing a yellow sweater sitting at a table with a laptop and a white coffee cup, smiling in a warmly lit cafe.

ABLE Access Program offers a limited number of reduced-fee therapy slots for individuals experiencing financial hardship who would otherwise be unable to access mental health care. We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent you from getting the support you need.

Program Purpose: This program was created from an ethical obligation to serve individuals experiencing exceptional circumstances that prevent them from accessing therapy at standard rates. We recognize that mental health care is essential, and financial limitations should not be an absolute barrier to receiving support.

Eligibility: This program serves individuals whose income falls at or below Federal Poverty Level guidelines or who are experiencing documented exceptional hardship beyond income considerations.

Voluntary Participation: Your enrollment in this program is voluntary. Your participation may change based on your decision, improvements in your financial situation, or the six-month time limit of the program.

To request a sliding scale option, mention your interest during your initial consultation or inquiry, and if a slot is available, our admin team will forward the application to complete.

Your Rights: Good Faith Estimate & No Surprise Act

A woman with dark skin and curly hair smiling and resting her chin on her hand, sitting at a desk with an open laptop and design samples in a bright office.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of the cost of your services. Under federal law (the No Surprises Act), you have the right to know the expected cost of your care before you receive it.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate shows the expected cost of services. For therapy, this includes:

☑️Cost per session
☑️ Expected frequency of sessions (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly)
☑️ Estimated duration of treatment (though this can change based on your progress)
☑️ Total estimated cost over a defined period (e.g., 3 months, 6 months)

At ABLE, we take this seriously:

☑️All fees are discussed upfront - You'll know what you're paying before your first session
☑️ Written estimates provided - Upon request, we'll provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing
☑️ No hidden fees - What we quote is what you pay—no surprise charges later
☑️ Changes communicated clearly - If costs change for any reason, we'll notify you before proceeding

Payment Methods: Easy & Flexible
