ABLE offers in-person and online individual and couple counseling for clients 18 years and older. Our Licensed Mental Health Counselors provide therapeutic services while prioritizing a non-pathologizing approach to mental health. We work within the framework of understanding and supporting individuals’ experiences without relying heavily on diagnostic labels or pathologizing language.
